Refund and Returns Policy

At Agora, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to facilitate returns and, when applicable, exchanges, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Returns

Customers have ten (10) days from the date of purchase or delivery to initiate a return for a purchased item/product to be eligible for a store credit. Items delivered or purchased incorrectly must be returned within three (3) business days.

To initiate a return, please send a notification via email to Vendskn.com or WhatsApp 869-669-3346 include in the message your order number. Upon receipt of the notification, we will provide you with an assigned reference number, which you must present when returning the item/product along with your receipt/order number.

Return Instructions

All returned items/products must be in their original packaging and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Additionally, all returns must be accompanied by an official store invoice. Failure to provide the original invoice may result in a processing fee of 2.00 for reprinting.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card, Mobanking, or the original method of payment. If the return is denied, the item/product will be returned to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are generally not allowed unless the purchased product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, please contact our customer service to discuss the exchange process.

Amend or Cancel Your Order

You have the option to cancel your order while it is still in the “Processing” status or within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the status changes to “Out for Delivery” or “Ready for Pick-Up,” the order cannot be cancelled. Please note that once a cancellation request is submitted, it cannot be undone. You may call or message 869-669-3346 to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing order.

If the order or item is too far along to cancel, you may be able to return it. Reach out to customer care to rectify this.
